Who am I?
After working all over the country and a decade spent on set , I was approached for a Coordinator role at Troika Media Group in LA, my first step into agency life. It was a pivot, but the core of it was the same: ambitious creative people, impossible deadlines, and a lot of creative problem solving. I found my footing quickly.
When Allyson Nevil, a producer I had worked closely with at Troika, was brought on as Executive Producer of Design and Branding at a new division at Mocean, she asked me to come work with her as her first employee. I supported her as we built the team, the workflows, the processes, and the culture from scratch. There was no playbook, so we wrote one together.
Under Allyson's wing, I was handed big responsibilities early on. I was producing in practice long before my title reflected it, learning the advertising world in real time while managing clients, building artist relationships, and quietly becoming the person people learned they could count on to figure anything out. So people started coming to me when a project didn't fit neatly into a traditional box. And those messy, intricate ones have always been my favorites.
I was promoted to Producer and my title finally caught up to the work I was already doing, and not long after that, I was recognized with the Sr. Creative Producer title for the scale and complexity of the projects I was leading. I like to think I got there by deeply caring; about the work, about the people around me, about the details most people don't notice until they're missing.
I'm a big picture and a small details person, and I genuinely enjoy teetering delicately between the two.
Beyond the Work
I solo traveled Japan for three months at 18 by myself, with a heavy suitcase and a whole lot of misconceptions about the world, culture, and myself. I climbed Mt. Fuji (successfully!) on a whim. I lived and worked on farms all around the country in exchange for food and board, WWOOF.
I found my soulmate on set and we got married in Iceland 3 months after we began dating. It's okay, we recently celebrated 10 years together so we aren't crazy — just about each other. We bought a house a few years ago and are currently renovating it ourselves. We built a chicken coop in the backyard and have wonderful silly chickens that keep us happily entertained.
This isn't Ikea, none of these things came with instructions. I just decided I wanted to do them and figured it out along the way, no matter the setbacks or complications, because those always happen. The important thing is how you handle them. Sometimes with laughter, sometimes tears… but always with earnest curiosity, steadfastness, and determination to finish.
So when I was handed the keys to help build a team and a workflow system from nothing, or asked to produce something that had never been done before on the biggest spherical screen in the world, I didn't flinch. I made a plan, found the right people, faced the inevitable problems head-on, and got it done.

Now that that’s out of the way -
My career was born on the front lines of no/low budget indie film in North Carolina at 16 years old, and I wouldn't have it any other way.
I omitted my age so my parents didn't have to chaperone. I would accept any position; makeup artist, background, PA, script supervisor, stunt coordinator, and finally landing at Assistant Director.
My schooling took place on set where I was privileged enough to work alongside some of the best in the industry on The Hunger Games, Homeland, Paper Towns, Banshee, and many more.
Splitting my time between indie and blockbusters gave me a unique perspective, seeing the magic you could create with almost no money, and getting to see what money could actually get you was a magical time and I fell even more in love with film production.
At the heart of all of it was storytelling. That's what drew me to film in the first place and it's the thread that runs through everything I do. Whether it's a :15 social spot, feature film, or a 6-month Sphere activation, I'm always asking the same question: what's the story and how can we make this connect with the audience?
That love of storytelling spilled into everything I did. I wrote, directed, and produced my own 30 minute action short, The Visitor. I called in all the favors I’d earned over the years, casted national and international MMA and Jiujitsu champions for the fight choreography because they were my friends from the mat - did I mention I trained martial arts?
I would do spec commercials, travel videos, and personal projects in every pocket of time I could find — not because anyone asked me to, but because I genuinely can't help it. Production isn't just what I do for work, it's how I experience the world.
