The Clio Entertainment Awards commissioned a foundational brand film and retrospective showcasing their landmark Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiative.

The challenge was capturing a prestigious live event in real-time while weaving a decade of legacy archival media into a single, cohesive brand statement.

Filmed live on-location at the iconic Dolby Theatre during the 2023 ceremony, we orchestrated a multi-tiered production footprint that combined structured, high-end executive interviews with nimble, roaming camera crews capturing the energy of the event.

As the project coordinator, I managed the logistics of our on-site production teams, synchronized the intake of legacy archival assets, and streamlined the post-production pipeline, aligning our editorial team with custom motion design and logo animations to deliver a premium, retrospective showcase worthy of the industry’s highest creative honors.
